1. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital design services, all sales are final once a project has begun. We do not offer refunds for completed services or delivered design assets. However, if you believe there was an error or you are unsatisfied with the initial delivery, we are committed to working with you to make reasonable revisions in line with the project scope.

2. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel a project before any design work begins and receive a full refund. If work has already started, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion based on the percentage of work completed. To request a cancellation, please contact us at studiowhitehawk@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing the order.

3. Return Policy

As we provide custom digital design services, there are no physical goods to return. All assets are delivered electronically. If there are any issues with the files or delivery, we will work to ensure proper access and usability.

4. Delivery Policy

All design services are fulfilled digitally. Final files are delivered via email or a secure cloud-based download link (e.g., Google Drive or Dropbox). Delivery timelines are based on the agreed-upon project scope and will be communicated to the client before the start of the project. Delays may occur if additional revisions are requested or if client feedback is delayed.
